Some people love to use simmer pots this time of year why wouldn't you? Smells divine and is comforting! HOWEVER if you took those same ingredients that most use for simmer pots you can get the added benefits of it being medicine when you are done enjoying the smell! Sacred soaks, what are they? Why are they important? I'm going to link a scientific study in the 1st comment on the MANY health issues associated to magnesium deficiency, which about 80% of us Americans have due to insufficient vitamins and minerals in our food and soil, due to the standard American diet to things like long term medication use like PPI"s and many other medications. Why is this so important to me? Because I along with many that I love have suffered many years unknowingly with issues related to severe magnesium deficiency like muscle spasms, migraines, constipation, stroke, heart arythmias, severe bone pain, depression, aggression, Parkinsons, and even alzheimers are associated to magnesium deficiency to name a few! She will try a soak today just with her feet and we will go from there. What did you eat last night?? This was our dinner! Yum this was so delicious pork green Chile all clean all organic and mostly from scratch! This is what my hubby calls a Phoenix pot pie!

How do you feel about this??? I find it sad and that it shows just how broken our systems are! That's why we give options outside of the "pharma" "healthcare" system that are root level healing and won't put you into bankruptcy!! What do you think?? What's your thoughts??
