Yesterday, we were honored to welcome Wisconsin State Senator Mary Felzkowski and members of her team to our Rhinelander base.

The visit provided an opportunity to showcase Life Link III’s operations, discuss the critical role air medical transport plays in northern Wisconsin, and share insights into the growing demand for advanced critical care services across the region. We also discussed the challenges rural communities face in accessing timely specialty and emergency care, and the importance of maintaining a strong, reliable critical care transport system.

Another incredible reminder of why we do what we do...

Last week, team members from Life Link III, the University of Minnesota, the Minnesota Mobile Resuscitation Consortium, along with multiple public safety partners, came together to celebrate Shannon Peterson.

Shannon's story is a remarkable one. She is the first rural eCPR survivor transported by rotor wing, representing a milestone in expanding access to advanced cardiac arrest care across Minnesota! 🚁

This lifesaving outcome was made possible through the dedication, expertise, and collaboration of countless healthcare providers, dispatchers, EMS professionals, flight crews, and first responders who worked together when every second counted.

Thank you to everyone who attended the survivor event and to all who played a role in this history-making call. We're honored to have been part of Shannon's journey.

Another day, another Landing Zone Training with amazing EMS partners dedicated to providing the best possible care for patients! 💙🚁

The Emergency Medical Responder students in a class hosted at the Plainfield Fire Department received a visit and landing zone set-up and safety instruction from Life Link III on the last night of class.

Today on , we pause to honor and remember the brave people who gave their lives in service to our country.

We are grateful for the sacrifices made by our nation’s heroes and their families. As our crews continue serving communities across the region today and every day, we do so with deep respect for those who made that service possible.
