MCAS Survey Opportunity: We are very excited to announce the formation of the International Society for Mast Cell Activation Syndromes (ISMCAS), with the aim to research, educate, and advance care for mast cell activation syndromes (MCAS) and associated disorders (https://ismcas.org/). The ISMCAS Patient Advocacy Committee are keen to understand patient support priorities, such as educational resources. We would therefore be grateful if you could complete this short survey, which should take about 10 minutes. The survey is open to English-speakers from any country who meet the following criteria:

• Age 18 years or older

• A patient with diagnosed or suspected MCAS, OR a carer of a patient(s) with diagnosed or suspected MCAS
