Almost finished but not quite.

Attic restructure project. Crowning of the joists were pretty bowed. Some up, some down. We came in and installed a beam and shoring down below while we jacked the joists back to true. Installed struts and a brace to essentially create a truss. On old houses you do the best you can do. Only so much you want to jack before presenting new issues. We still moved it about 2” in some locations. It’s definitely peace of mind with all the snow weight this year and for the next 100.

Kitchen remodel. New varsta cabinets, flooring, lighting, textured ceiling, and more. Still need to run over and do a backsplash but good progress.
