Where Mid-Century Modern meets Spanish countryside charm ✨
I’m hosting the open house today, and loved getting a quick bit of yoga in before opening the doors.

First time I’ve ever been inspired to do a water tasting at an Open House. This Aspenwood home in Woodinville is full of inspiration, so many wonderful possibilties. Listed by Beth Kovacevich

Haven Cafe in Lynnwood, right by Edmonds College, is a great spot for meetings or getting work done. The space is open and modern with plenty of seating, plus a really solid selection of coffee, pastries, and drinks, including gluten-free options. There’s also a free parking garage, which makes it super easy to stop by and stay awhile.

I’m only 3 games in, so each time I learn something new. This time I started getting a hang of how to keep score. It seems suprisingly complicated when you’re first starting out, but it’s really pretty simple once you’re not trying to learn everything at once. I definitely need to improve my game… I also clearly need new shoes. Do you have a favorite place to play? Or favorite pickleball tip?
Last week we had a wonderful rainy day with great food, a fantastic presentation, forms class, and best of all closing day🎉.
One of my favorite decluttering mindset shifts is remembering everything has a cost. Instead of just thinking about the external cost or price tags, I’ve found it helpful to remind myself to remember the emotionial, mental, and physical cost of keeping things we no longer need but feel we need to keep because they’re still good. But you know what’s even better than still good? Your peace. Your comfort is priceless and only you can choose what that means keeping and releasing. Sometimes it’s about having another person ask the right questions and really listen to speak back to ourselves what we already know, but can be too busy managing all of life’s things to notice. If you found this helpful I’d love to hear what you’re letting go of next.
Such a lovely cafe. Will definitely go again.
Had such a good time playing pickleball at Bitter Lake Playfield with the Diversity & Inclusion group 🏓🌿
I love how this sport just brings people together—movement, laughs, and easy connection.
Fun fact: pickleball started right here in the Pacific Northwest on Bainbridge Island.
