I was cleaning up my Canva account and found this old post I never posted. It was exactly something I shared this week with the parents in my parent and child classes. The children were all so peaceful being surrounded by adults doing meaningful work. Their play was truly human. What a gift!

A couple of years ago, I discovered Psychosynthesis as a method developed by the Italian psychiatrist Roberto Assagioli when I was wondering what would be my next step to take.
I totally fell in love with this comprehensive and practical map of the soul.
Like everything I do, I took a deep dive into it, and before I knew it, I signed up for a 10-month training with the .

The other day when I was blabbering along and retelling a challenging situation, my friend just was listening. And I simply RELAXED and felt PEACEFUL.
No need to do anything. All is well….
I am sure you know what I mean. It is as if someone truly sees and understands you. A 💞 LOVING💞 WITNESS to your life story.
It is as if all the unseen beings who know and love you are bending over with such tender interest and care, that you feel 🚿🚿 showered with love.
We are forming a vessel🏺 , a cup, so to speak for them to pour in this life-giving substance.
And is this pure love in the end not what heals?

This is easy 💫 ! All you have to remember is to literally take a step back. By moving your body, the whole you will remember it is time to reflect and ask yourself what you want?
You simply wake up a ✨WISE INNER PARENT✨ that lives in all of us and be there for yourself. How simple is that!
Just give it a try by remembering a recent parenting moment where you reacted to the situation in a less than desired way instead of responding out of your adult self.
Play out the situation in your mind as lively as you can. See the people involved, the surrounding, the time of day.
🌟 What did you feel like? feel it!
🌟 What were you thinking? Think it!,
🌟 What were you doing? see yourself do it!
Now take a step back both in your imagination and literally with your body.
Ask yourself:
🌟 What do I want?
🌟 Give it to yourself by imagining it
🌟 Ask yourself again: What do I truly need?
🌟 Tell yourself you will give this to yourself.
🌟 Now look at the situation again. What would you do different?
Let your imagination go and wake up that wise, loving inner parent!
