Starting this week, we now routeset on Wednesdays! You know that we love routesetting at Uplift, and that includes evolving our program and exploring new avenues.
Now that we're part of the Vertical World family of gyms, that means we've got all the resources of VW's routesetting program behind us! You'll start seeing some new volumes, holds, and faces around the gym. Our regular crew is still here and still led by Elly, but make sure you say hi and welcome to our new friends!
New routes will come every Wednesday, and the whole gym will turn over every 4 weeks.
Just a reminder that starting Monday our business hours will be changing!
Updated Hours:
Sat/SunAM - 8 PM
MWF: 12 PM - 10 PM
T/Th: 6 AM - 10 PM
Come stop by before work and get your early morning sessions in! We want our schedule to serve you as best as possible!
