Of Paramount Importance is inspired to protect Paramount Park and all the Green Open Space In Shoreline Area!

Spring has come to beautiful Paramount Openspace.
At our entryway, next to the parking area on 147th St, Friends of Paramount have been working hard to restore this section and remove invasive weeds. We’re finishing up a King County Grant to help restore this forest.
We’ve had several work parties and will have another soon. Thanks to everybody who’s helped so far! Stay tuned!

Visited the wonderful Washington History Museum today in Tacoma!
They have a fascinating show about the CCC! Very well done.
Love the work of the Civilian Conservation Corps and all the beautiful places they helped create across America in the 1930’s.
