Heart & Soul Rescue

We are a foster based rescue & we pay for spay/neuter & help to temporarily feed and to shelter the pets of elderly, disabled and low income families.

Heart & Soul Rescue helps homeless animals in many ways. We are happy to lend a hand to our fellow rescuers by transporting, helping to arrange an adoption or fostering. We rescue from the streets and the pound.
