Bountiful Birth Classes

I teach CAPPA childbirth classes. The classes are based on the CAPPA program. The classes are set up to take 6 sessions (about 3 hours each).
It is 300 dollars for those 6 classes. The classes cover natural birth, hospital birth, anatomy, physiology, relaxation techniques, pain reduction techniques, the role of the birth partner and lots of good research on birth.
