Big News for Heritage Ranch // We’re excited to share that Community Hospital Corporation has announced plans for the $400 million Heritage Regional Medical Center, coming to the Heritage Ranch master-planned community at Highway 82 & FM 1417 in Sherman, Texas.

Construction is set to begin in early 2026, with doors opening in early 2028. The nonprofit acute-care hospital will feature:
• 100 inpatient beds to start, expandable to 300
• Advanced surgical, emergency, imaging and outpatient services
• 400+ jobs at opening, with potential for more than 1,000 in the future

This milestone not only raises the bar for local healthcare - it also makes Heritage Ranch an even more compelling place to call home.

This project is made possible through a collaborative effort with the City of Sherman, Grayson County, local banks, tribal nations, foundations, and Covenant Development.
