Our rock star bookkeeper Laura has been presented with an incredible opportunity and will be moving on to the next chapter of her career. We’re extremely grateful for the time, dedication, and contributions she made to our team, and we’re excited to see what she accomplishes next.

Her transition creates a great opportunity for someone new to join the D2 Built team.

We’re looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant / Bookkeeper.

Hours: 8:00 AM – 4:00 PM (in-office)

Responsibilities include:
• Bookkeeping and data entry
• Generating invoices
• CRM management
• Ordering and stocking office supplies
• General administrative support

Prior bookkeeping experience is required, as this role will involve managing invoices, financial records, and general accounting support for the company.

We’re looking for someone with a great attitude, strong organizational skills, and a willingness to learn, who is interested in a long-term career opportunity with a growing construction company.
