Alpha Engineering Consultants is seeking an experienced and skilled Admin and Accounts Assistant to join our team at our Bahria Enclave Branch. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our administrative and financial operations.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a strong background in administration and accounting. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree and a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including invoicing, expense tracking, and accounts management.
- Ensure accurate data entry into accounting software and perform bookkeeping tasks, including accounts payable and receivable, and account reconciliation.
- Prepare financial reports and summaries for management.
- Perform other administrative and accounting tasks as required.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field).
- Minimum 3 years of experience in an admin and accounts role.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office.
- Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
