🌻 Be it sunflower spirals, zebra stripes or terrain meshes, some patterns don’t just look beautiful - they reveal how nature organizes itself.
At Beegraphy, we explore how the same underlying mathematical logic reappears across nature, computation, geometry, and design - often in ways we barely notice. ✨

What if you could see mathematics turn into architecture?
Using BeeGraphy, We explored how parameters shape everything, from simple equations to complex architectural forms.
Follow the story of Florina Pantilimonescu-Cioancă and BeeGraphy as we explore the relationship between mathematics and architecture through the case study of the Zayed National Museum. 💫

In the 9th Intermediate BeeGraphy Tutorial, we build a layered hydroponic structure inspired by 3D-printed clay systems used for vertical farming. Using curve rotation, controlled twisting, lofting, and boolean surface operations, we construct a fully parametric model with perforations that can adapt dynamically to design inputs.
🔹 Part A — Build the complete parametric hydroponic geometry inside BeeGraphy. https://youtu.be/nWiFJC0RzvA
🔹 Part B — Learn how to generate G-code and understand how 3D printers convert geometry into printable instructions. https://youtu.be/c3BQX1P_MBA
This tutorial bridges computational geometry, fabrication workflows, and sustainable design systems.

Our Intermediate BeeGraphy Series continues with a complete parametric waffle system built from scratch using mathematical wave equations.
🔹 Part A — We generate the full 3D waffle structure using grids, point displacement, and equation-driven geometry.
🔹 Part B — We move into fabrication: extract laser-cut profiles, create socketed joints, auto-number parts, and build a 2D–3D toggle workflow for seamless production.
This isn’t just modeling — it’s a full parametric-to-fabrication pipeline. If you’re serious about computational design and digital fabrication, this workflow is essential.

BeeGraphy’s 6th Intermediate Tutorial is now live!
In this tutorial, we build a fully controlled staircase system where the first step connects to the last, mirrored symmetrically around a central landing. Through tweened curves and precisely defined inputs such as riser, tread, step count and more, the staircase evolves seamlessly in real time.

🧠 It's widely known that visual memory significantly surpasses written recall, especially for children. Yet, as education progresses, particularly in mathematics, the visual aids often disappear, leaving students grappling with abstract concepts. This often leads to frustration, not because of incapability, but due to a disconnect in learning methodology.
Jiyun, a dedicated math designer from Korea, recognized this critical gap. Discovering BeeGraphy, she found a powerful platform to reintroduce the vital element of visual learning into mathematics. Her vision is clear and impactful: when students can see the patterns, relationships, and structures of mathematical concepts through dynamic, interactive visuals, their comprehension profoundly transforms.
BeeGraphy has become Jiyun's indispensable tool for making mathematics visible, tangible, and alive – moving beyond mere memorization to genuine experience and understanding.
