Take a jar of black-eyed pea, black bean, and corn relish.
Drain off the liquid, then pour the relish over a block of cream cheese.

Gently shape it into a bowl-like mound (think “cheesecake style”), letting the relish cascade over the top.

Place it on a serving plate and surround it with Ritz crackers.

Serve immediately… and fair warning—this stuff disappears fast.

Pro tip: You might want to grab a stick from the yard to fend people off if you plan on getting your fair share.
