What a wonderful day of art, creativity, and celebrating mental wellbeing! Attendees to the Paint Your Mind Workshop learned about art, mental health, and wellness from wellness coach Gayle Cheatham () while painting their own unique Run for Jeev ceramic tiles! We loved seeing everyone’s imagination and expression shine through in these works of art. 🎨✨ Participants also came together to create a collaborative mosaic to show that through difficult times, this community is here to provide strength and hope. 💜
Thank you to .co for generously allowing us to use their space, and for facilitating such a welcoming and wonderful environment! This event would not have been possible without their continued kindness and support.
Make sure to check out our website (www.runforjeev.com) for more photos and updates!

We are honored to receive the Community Assistance Fund grant from Junior League of the Woodlands () for our Let’s Talk: Building Healthy Minds Workshop! This workshop will facilitate a safe space for having conversations about mental health in both parents and young adults, and bridge the gap between youth and parents on the subject of mental health. Through Let’s Talk: Building Healthy Minds, we hope to provide resources and a safe space for community members to talk about mental health in a vulnerable and open way, and to increase awareness and knowledge around the often-stigmatized topic of mental health. Keep an eye out for upcoming info on the workshop, and congratulations to the other CAF grant recipients!
