Single steel, high carbon, not stainless, are something I try to keep in stock. Not everyone can or is comfortable dropping multiple hundreds on fancy damascus. I feel it is important to keep kitchen knives accessible to everyone!

Definitely makes the business financials harder, but I'm not going to change.

What kind of handles do you like? I love the handle on this little hunter. I did the material in-house with stabilized burl and resin.

Handle material is something I've messing with for a bit. I'll be pushing out much more this spring.

This hairstick and hand hammered copper holder is one of my favorite creations last year. It's available at the website or etsy.

I forged the copper from a 1x3 inch bar that was about 5/16 thick. Not gonna lie... I was a few days out of a minor surgery and probably shouldn't have been forging that hard 😅

Flashback to about 5 days ago when it was 65 degrees!

I did a little restoration and clean up on this very old Chinese cleaver. I couldn't find any info on the markings, swipe to check them out. If you have any info my customer would love to know. It passed down to him years ago. Only the bottom half is hardened, which is good because it was pretty warped.

The handle was cracked and I replaced with a piece of peachwood I had drying from my trees
