I wrote Some Days at the end of last summer and just sort of stashed the song away. I didn’t have any real plans for it, but I’d been an admirer of Adam’s work for a good while, so I was psyched when he agreed to collaborate on this one. Everything just clicked and fell into place in the studio. Appreciate this dude for helping me follow through, inspiring me, and for bringing his touch to this song. He’s a hell of an artist in his own right, and I’m proud of what we made and glad to call him a friend.

I wrote Rough Patch with two pals, Caleb and Austin. They were some of the first people who made me feel welcome and a real part of the music scene here in the Shoals. I’m stoked on what we wrote together and glad this one’s finally out.

Thank y’all for listening
