Set Point Mental Edge LLC

Set Point Sessions is back this week with another fantastic guest!

Kate Dwyer, MS, RD, LD, IFNCP, is a Registered Dietitian and owner of Kate Dwyer | MS RD IFNCP, a private nutrition practice focused on individualized, evidence-based care. She holds a BS in Human Nutrition and Dietetics from Kansas State University, an MS in Clinical Dietetics from the University of Rhode Island, and is a board-certified Integrative and Functional Nutrition Provider.

After years as a ballet dancer and her own experience navigating disordered eating, restrictive diets, and nutrition trends, Kate was drawn to a career helping people pursue their goals without sacrificing their health or relationship with food. She now specializes in weight management, women’s health, GI health, GLP-1 nutrition, sustainable eating patterns, and improving relationships with food. Her approach is food-first, practical, and refreshingly no-BS: nutrition should be personalized, sustainable, and support both performance and long-term health.

Way to hustle Dom!

Now that the fall sports season is officially underway, I can proudly announce my first sponsorship!

Not only is Set Point Mental Edge sponsoring the Silver Lake Channel this year as they live stream multiple Silver Lake High School athletic events, but we have teamed up to present the Set Point Mental Edge Hustle Play of the Game!

If you know me, you know I believe that games are won with the plays that don’t always show up on the stat sheets. The plays that take heart and determination to get the job done. The hustle plays. I believe those hustle plays are what separate the good from the great and I think athletes should be recognized for making those plays. Here’s to doing that!

Huge thank you to Wade with the Silver Lake Channel for giving me this opportunity! Keep an eye out for the next HPotG, and as always, reach out to learn more information about mental performance coaching for athletes!
