Experience needed
Anything from heavy collision to small dents
Good atmosphere
Will get what's needed on an estimate, will not do something cheaper than the other just to get the job or save it. Get payed for what you do. Two pay types,
Commission or salary. Salary's depend on knowledge, ability and what you bring to us. Tools needed, if you say you only have a few hand tools, your not a bodyman.
Family owned
Experienced young or older. There is a difference between body tec and body man. I will take either. If your a bodyman, you will know the difference
Must do good straight clean plastic work, no hacks. If you watched bondo Billy's videos and think your a bodyman now, don't apply.
We are fun and have a good time but we are here to work. We also take care of our customers. We are a grs for a few great insurance companies but that doesn't mean we just give and give. You won't be asked to do something for free or cheaper because they won't pay. We don't do geico work for this reason. On the other problem insurance companies, it's our way or will not be done in my shop. We are busy enough where we don't have to cater to them.
