We are so proud to announce the 2026 Collier Restaurant Group Scholarship recipients, Isabel Diaz and Kensley Solano! 👏✨ The Collier Restaurant Group Scholarship was established through the Sevier County High School Foundation to honor students with a passion for culinary arts, and these two are so deserving of this recognition!

Isabel's dad, Oliver, has been a valued member of our CRG family for 10 years, and Kensley's dad, Luis, has been with Collier Restaurant Group for over 25 years. That kind of dedication runs in the family and we could not be more proud to celebrate them both today!

Congratulations, Logan! 🎓 Logan graduates from Northview Senior Academy today and we are so proud to celebrate this milestone with him! She will be heading to Walters State this fall to pursue a culinary degree and we just love that for her! Congratulations, Madison Smith! 🎓 Madison graduated from Maryville College with a Bachelor's in Psychology and is not slowing down anytime soon! Madison is a valued member of our Flapjack's Pancake Cabin team in Gatlinburg, and we have loved watching her grow. 🥞 She plans to head back to UTK next spring to pursue her Master's Degree. Big things are ahead for this one! Congratulations, Madison, and the UTK Class of 2026! 🧡

Congratulations, Basma Alsultani! 🎓 Basma graduated from East Tennessee State University with a Bachelor of Science in Radiologic Sciences, what an incredible achievement! You may have crossed paths with Basma at our Flapjack's Pancake Cabin in Gatlinburg, and we could not be more proud to call her part of our family. The hard work and dedication she put in both in and out of the restaurant did not go unnoticed. Congratulations to Basma and the ETSU Class of 2026! Congratulations to Leon Downey on his retirement after 38 years leading tourism efforts in Pigeon Forge and more than four decades in the Tennessee tourism industry. His impact on this community, its growth, and the people who call it home is truly remarkable.
