As immune system booster if I'm needing a boost, I smash a few cloves on cutting board and let rest for the allicin to enhance and then eat them raw. Not much bite but a tablespoon of sourwood honey as a chaser helps especially if the garlic is older or store bought. Fresh garlic is like fresh asparagus ❤️
