Fund Raiser? There are 2 main selling seasons - Fall/Winter and Spring/Summer

How long does a sale last? We recommend at least 2 weeks. Consider starting and ending in the middle of a week. For example start on Tuesday
and run until the following Thursday. That will give your sellers 2 full weekends. Does The Candle Cottage limit the number of sales in a given area? No, but your fundraising consultant will help you select the best dates to run your event to avoid conflicts within a territory. What type of help will I receive? Your Candle Cottage consultant will help you with everything you need for a successful fundraiser. Can our customers order over the internet? Yes, your Candle Cottage consultant will provide you with a unique code, so your students can make sales over the internet. What other costs are there? Shipping? Sales Tax? There are no costs to run our fundraiser. We will will provide you:

We encourage you to check with your local tax agencies to determine your responsibility to your state. How do I get more order forms or sales packets? Additional sales materials are available through your consultant. Order forms are always available on line at www.thecandlecottage.us. What about sales tax? We encourage you to check with your local tax agencies to determine your responsibility to your state. When should we collect our money? We recommend collecting all money at the time the orders are taken. How long will it take for our order to come in? The Candle Cottage is able to process and ship orders within 2 weeks from the time we receive your orders. How do I handle payment/profit? After The Candle Cottage has processed your order, you will receive an e-mail with your group summary and an invoice. This invoice will breakdown:


Total Retail Sale
Group Profit
Subtotal (total retail sale minus profit amount)
Taxes (if applicable)
Total Amount Due to The Candle Cottage - You keep the profits! What forms of payment are accepted? The Candle Cottage accepts checks, money orders at this time. All checks/money orders should be made out to
The Candle Cottage Fund Raising. Do not send cash. How do I handle late orders? The Candle Cottage is happy to process any late orders. Any order coming in to The Candle Cottage after receipt of the original order, will be considered a late order and will be subject to shipping charges. You will receive an e-mail invoice
and a hard copy invoice for any late orders placed. How do I track my order? At the time of shipment, you will receive an e-mail notification of shipment. This e-mail will contain attachments which
include your seller breakdown along with a group summary of product ordered. This e-mail will also contain all tracking information to follow your order. You can also contact your Sales Consultant. How do I handle missing or broken items? Simply contact your Candle Cottage consultant. How do I make changes to my sale? Contact your Candle Cottage consultant. What do I do to get started?
