In no way am I condoning what happend this week on a United Airlines flight, when a man was forcibly removed from the plane by officers, BUT I did want to share the interview that the CEO did this morning on Good Morning America. This is a text book example of how the company should have responded to this situation on Monday. Never be afraid to humble yourself, when appropriate. Notice the tone of this interview.

I'm so excited to announce that one of my former colleagues, Katie Sullivan, will be presenting at the upcoming training at the TBI on April 18th-19th!
