Annual Horse Event in Sevierville, Tennessee, featuring Tn Walking Horses

06/05/2026

πŸ’™πŸ’› Thank You, Sevierville Rotary Club! πŸ’™πŸ’›

Mountain Hope Good Shepherd Clinic is honored to receive a $1,500 donation made possible through the generosity of the Sevierville Rotary Club #3882 and the annual Walking In The Smokies horse show held at the Smoky Mountain Arena. 🐴

Each year, attendees are invited to make a donation for admission to this beloved community event. The proceeds are presented to the Rotary Club, which then selects a local nonprofit organization to share in those donations. We are incredibly grateful that Mountain Hope was chosen as this year's recipient.

Pictured are Mountain Hope Executive Director Deborah Murph accepting the donation from Sevierville Rotary Club President Keion Rad.

Thank you to the Sevierville Rotary Club #3882 and the organizers, volunteers and supporters of Walking in the Smokies for your generosity and commitment to our community. Your support helps us continue providing quality healthcare to uninsured individuals who live or work in Sevier County.

We are truly grateful for your partnership and the difference you make in the lives of our patients every day. ❀️

πŸŒ„πŸŽ What a beautiful morning in the Smokies!

We had the pleasure of hosting a wonderful group of kindergartners from Sevierville Primary School, and they got to learn all about our incredible breed, the Tennessee Walking Horse!

There’s nothing better than seeing young faces light up while experiencing these amazing horses up close. Moments like this remind us how special this tradition truly is. ❀️

A special thank you to the Tennessee Walking Horse Breeders’ & Exhibitors’ Association for providing coloring books, crayons, and a wonderful educational book about walking horses for each child to take home β€” such a meaningful way to keep the learning going! πŸ“šπŸ–οΈ

Thank you all for coming out and spending the morning with us. We loved having you!
