The Sergeant Bluff-Luton Community School District is seeking a highly skilled, detail‑oriented professional to serve as the School Business Official.

In this vital leadership role, you will manage our financial resources to ensure we deliver the highest quality educational services to our students. From budget planning and payroll to risk management and financial oversight, you will be the financial backbone of our district, working hand-in-hand with the Superintendent and the Board of Education.

This is a 12‑month, full‑time position with an annual salary of $90,00-$100,000, including a comprehensive benefits package (single health insurance plan, dental, IPERS, vacation, sick leave, and life insurance).

SBL Middle School is seeking a dynamic, empathetic, and highly organized professional to serve as the building secretary. The ideal candidate must possess exceptional emotional intelligence, a calm demeanor, and a genuine joy for working with young adolescents. This position requires a unique blend of sharp multitasking skills and absolute discretion, as responsibilities range from greeting families and managing daily attendance to handling sensitive student records and coordinating school-wide communications. The ideal candidate should also be technically proficient in Google Workspace/MS Office and adaptable to student information systems.
