My dad pruned this tree approximately 30 yrs ago.
Although this BIG leaf Maple has some signs of decline. A vast majority of the canopy appears to be healthy.
We removed all major deadwood & structure clearance pruning on this tree.

Another City of Port Townsend project done this year in Chetzemoka park. This large mature Deodar cedar has had multiple limb failures.
The consulting arborist report recommended end weight reduction to mitigate the chances of more major limb damage.
