A cozy duo...my friend Nancy Morris' beautiful hand knit shawl-vest and a scrumptious druzy agate cabochon (from Lil' Log Cabin Creations, Steve and Vicki Morgan), beaded and surrounded by Jasper rounds, Swarovski crystals, and chain. The necklace "morphed" as I worked, as many of my projects do (I just listen to their little voices in my head, and try to obey as best I can) 😉🙃😉

...Just finished this piece a few weeks ago. The ceramic focal is from company Raven's Journey and features an eagle, bear and hawk. An opal resides on each end of the focal, the bottom fringe includes Rainbow Moonstones. The necklace straps are beaded Chenille stitch.

Snow days in Sequim are a great time to do some wrapping and beading...
