Since, 1995, we have owned the freezer troller the F/V Saint Jude that allows us to do it all from catching to processing to freezing to delivery at local outlets. We personally sell our fish at the Port Angeles Farmer's Market, and our product is carried at local stores such as The Red Rooster Grocery, Sunny Farms, Agnew Grocery and Feed, and Nash's Organic Produce. Local restaraunts, such as Bella Italia also serve our fish.

Dropped off frozen at sea tuna to the cannery in Charleston today! Will have smoked, olive oil, and plain with a pinch of salt! Should be ready around first week of November.
