Two Spot Bakery
Two Spot Bakery makes artisan breads and pastries. Everything is made from scratch and baked fresh
We're having a lot of people stopping back by again with the reopening of everything. The change to pre-order only and encouraging you to visit our wholesale partners such as Sunny Farms, Hurricane Coffee, and Suzon's Coffee Lounge (all getting daily orders) isn't going away anytime soon. This wasn't a change related to Covid, but the pure volume of product we are making for all of our wholesalers.
As a general note for pre-orders it doesn't need to be a bulk order we can generally do a single croissant or a single loaf of bread. We're not making all breads everyday and we encourage you to visit twospotbakery.com for the current bread schedule.

We've had a few signs up to let people know, but since the last post about reducing our hours from March we're up about 25% in production after cutting all walk in items. See our website twospotbakery.com for more details regarding pre-orders.
Just a heads up that we are not making any hot cross buns or dinner rolls today or tomorrow for sale here at the bakery. Due to the overall normal wholesale volume for bread we are producing daily we do not have the extra time this year.
We changed our hours to close at 10am earlier this week, but with how busy this week was it's looking very likely that we will close for all walk-in sales in a week or two. Last week we started selling bread out of Sunny Farms and have been doing so daily this week too. The idea here is that if we can focus on making more bread overall and have it available for purchase at places like Sunny Farms later in the day than we can be open.
Update: We do have people who have weekly orders with us and are not planning on stopping those orders. We can continue to take special orders, but will need 3+ days notice since we won't have extras around for a last minute orders and fresh items like we make take time to prepare properly.

Weather Update for 2/13/21:
*9:30am Update. Snow has been falling for a bit. Accumulation is low, but growing. De-icing is keeping a path from the road to us clear still.
There was a little bit of snow on the ground maybe 1/4" at most that fell before we arrived at the bakery. High winds last night appear to have prevented any further snow from falling overnight as of 5:30 am around the bakery. That thin layer of snow from last night has frozen into Ice that is sticking very heavily to the sidewalks around the bakery.
The city has been by a few times throughout the night de-icing the roads. Street parking is probably the safer option since the alley is not on the city's route for de-icing. The parking spots and sides of the road will be covered in a thin layer of ice/snow so be careful.
If you do come in, the brick area near our entrance has far less ice than the concrete/pavement in the area. Hope everyone else is clear and snow is still forecasted through the morning. The winds look like they should be subsiding around when we close.
A very light layer of snow fell over the last hour and it is now cold enough to stick to the roads and sidewalks. Watch for ice while driving and walking around today.
