We discuss important ideas that inspire, enrich, challenge and strengthen us. We’ll discuss self-development books and a concept (or few chapters) each week.
Our first book is THE FOUR AGREEMENTS by Don Miguel Ruiz.
The next book is THE FIFTH AGREEMENT by Don Miguel Ruiz.
We’ll begin reading and discussing LET THEM by Mel Robbins in February.

Our group is limited to 10, but we’ll maintain a wait list; if you want to join, RSVP for the discussion. If our waitlist is long, we’ll start another discussion to accommodate the interest.

Happy New Year! Join us for our first art class of 2025. Note you must order by end of day January 15th if you want the materials pack.

Welcome to Watercolor for Beginners. The course will begin on January 25th at 10 am – 12 pm at Harmony Center Sequim, 223 Hudon Rd, Sequim Washington.

This is designed for the absolute beginner. We are hoping to introduce people to the joy of art for themselves. The class will run for 5 successive weeks and will cover the basics of watercolor – paints, brushes, paper, color and techniques. The fee will be $125 for the entire course. We will paint a small item in each class with a bit larger item for the last class.

A materials list will be available or a materials pack can be ordered ahead of time for $25. Material packs must be preordered by January 15th. Use the following link to sign up and pay.

Lavender Wand Class, by The Ethels Group of Olympic Peninsula.

It's Lavender Season in Sequim so let's celebrate! Originating in the Victorian era, Lavender wands were an easy and decorative craft made by weaving ribbons around lavender stems to enclose the fragrant flowers. Lavender wands are an ancient tradition in France, and a beloved gift item here in Sequim, the Lavendar Capital of the United States! Workshops will be limited to 16 attendees. One will be Saturday, the 13th of Julyu and the other will be Tuesday the 23rd of July. There is no charge for this class but a donation to the non-profit Harmony Center is appreciated by each attendee (we suggest at least $5 each but any amount is appreciated). Please note there are two classes scheduled, one during the week, one on the weekend.

All levels Vinyasa- 10am
Evening Yin- 7pm (deep tissue release, great for bedtime!)

☆☆ next week we will begin Weds Evening Flow (vinyasa) at 530pm in addition to our regular schedule.

All classes are donation based, with all proceeds going to the Harmony Center.

We have a limited number of mats and props for in class use. Bring water!
