In this episode of "What's in the bag?" we bring you a little known ingredient that packs massive flavor and versatility! No, it's not something from a Dr. Seuss story, it's GARLIC SCAPES! Every part of this pungent princess can be used just like garlic! (Though doesn't like the bulb part on the stalk.) Use it just like you would garlic, it's just milder in flavor.
