Hey all! We are digging the smokers out of storage and heading up to Puyallup next weekend to vend at the Washington State Fair.
Hey everyone. I have some bittersweet news today. I've accepted a job to run the kitchen for Mount Hood Brewing Company outside of Portland. I couldn't be more excited but sadly that means we have done our last Farmers Markets. We still have plans to be at other vending events around Western Washington here and there. Lexi and I have had a blast serving our food to everyone in Sequim and Port Angeles and couldn't be more grateful for all the support those communities have given us the last 3 summers. Thank you so much!
We are sold out for the day! Thank you everyone who braved the wind and cold. We will be back at Sequim Farmers and Artisans Market June 8th!

We are back at the Sequim Farmers and Artisans Market tomorrow 5/25!!
Lunch starts around 11 or stop by earlier for our Overnight Oats with hickory salted caramel or grab a jar of our locally acknowledged Hickory Molasses BBQ sauce for your holiday grilling!
We are making our first appearance of the season at the Sequim Farmers and Artisans Market this Saturday, May 11th! Lunch starts at 11 am so make sure to come grab some ribs, chicken or sausage!

We are out of hibernation and gearing up to vend and compete at the Spring State Fair in Puyallup this weekend! Vending will be from 10-7:30 on Saturday and 11-5 on Sunday. The forecast looks great and there will be over 30 great teams.

Hey everyone! Just wanted to give some updates. With winter starting to creep in and lots of soggy forecasts we have decided to ramp down a bit for the remainder of the year. We will be stopping weekly Farmers Markets for the time being. Our next event will be the PNWBA Championship and Grill Off which will be at the Clearwater Casino in Suquamish on November 11 which will include vending to the public! We will have more details and a menu moving forward. We also plan on being at some various Holiday Markets around the Peninsula as well. Even though we won't be operating weekly for the next couple of months we will still be around!
Thank you so much to everyone in Sequim and Port Angeles for supporting us, being patient with us and helping us grow!
Unfortunately the Port Angeles Farmers Market will be canceled this week so we will be having to take this Saturday (10/7) off.

Good morning! We have some updates this week. We had a blast at the Camp Korey Cooking For Kids Competition and took 4th out of 30 teams from the whole PNW in Pork Shoulder!
Going forward we will be finishing the season at Port Angeles Farmers Market and have posted our fall menu below. In addition to the overnight oats we will also be running Biscuits and Smoked Sausage Gravy for breakfast. We will also be selling jars of our Hickory Molasses, Hatch Hickory, Sweet and Spicy and Honeycrisp Alder sauces!

Happy Thursday! We are going to be at Camp Korey Cooking For Kids BBQ Competition this weekend outside of Mt. Vernon! There will be tons of BBQ sampling Saturday from 11-5 as well as live music, beer gardens and a lot more.
We are going to be serving up Baby Back Ribs, Smoked Chorizo Queso and beer battered Andouille Bites!

We are switching things up this week and will be serving at the Port Angeles Farmers Market from 10-2 tomorrow (9/2)!
We will have Biscuits and smoked sausage gravy for breakfast along with our overnight oats from 10-11.
Lunch will start at 11 and feature Baby Back Ribs, and Sausage Burnt End Po Boys along with Mac and cheese bowls and BBQ salads!
