RE: COVID-19 pandemic

We here at Anne McAlister State Farm are doing our best to follow the recommendations of the CDC and our governor. We are implementing some restrictions for you, our customer's protection as well as that of our staff. Each staff member is stationed at least 6 feet apart.
We are remaining open but if you stop by you will find our door is locked. As most of you know most transactions can be made over the phone - payments, changes, and even adding a vehicle with a debit or credit card. We can also take a check over the phone. You may also contact us via e-mail at Statefarm.com. For you convenience we have envelopes outside the door for you to drop your payment in the slot and we will mail you a receipt. If you really need to speak to us in person just knock on the door and if you are well and not running a fever we will let you in. We will be limiting the number of people in our office at one time so please understand if we ask you to wait outside.
