Merry Christmas from Seigler Sevices! We hope your holiday has been filled with faith, family, food, and peace. We rejoice in the good news of our savior’s birth and the peace that brings for our future. At the same time we pause to reflect on the past year and we can’t be more thankful for 2025. Thank you to all of our customers who have trusted us to address their concerns, all of the seasoned plumbers who have mentored us in plumbing and business alike, and to the friends we’ve made in the other trades that have been a huge help when we’ve needed to recommend someone for jobs outside our skill set. We cannot thank all of you enough for the year you’ve given us and how you’ve helped grow our business. We’re absolutely thrilled to see what 2026 holds in store and look forward to seeing everyone out in the real world.

We helped our friend Wayne on a job he was working on for one of his customers. We set out and tied in a rear exit toilet, a woodford hot and cold hose bibb, and an electric tankless water heater. It’s always fun getting to tackle new things and seeing what other people are working on.

A customer was having a pool put in their backyard and the crew excavating for it hit their water line going to their house. The water line was very old very corroded galvanized iron pipe. There wasn’t really a permanent way to repair this one so we put a temporary patch in place to get their water back on, and then got them in contact with Carter Stone Stone Sewer and Excavation, LLC to trench in a new water line for them across their property. As I tell people all the time, if I can’t do it, we know someone who can and we’ll get you in touch with them.
This crawl space is top tier! River sand over the whole surface and lights everywhere with a switch by the door. This is definitely going on the list of things I want in the next house.
This customer originally had 1/2” gas line running to his tankless water heater. He wanted to bump that up to 3/4” and extend it to the far wall of the crawl space to add a quick disconnect fitting for their generator.

Sometimes our South Carolina public education gets the better of us and we don’t read the tape measure right. 😂 Once the walls were up on this slab build the toilet wasn’t going to quite fit. A little bit of work with the hammer drill and a few fittings and we were back on track. Sometimes we create more work for ourselves, but there’s nothing to do but fix it.

This customer’s wife was complaining about dry itchy skin after her showers. We discussed options and landed on just a simple carbon whole house filter. We used this in our own home for the same reason. The customer already had a pressure reducing valve and a Moen leak detection system we needed to retain. We had to cut some drywall to make room and we added a bypass to make filter changes easy.

We added a gas line for a customer that wanted a tankless water heater installed and we made sure there was a provision for adding a backup generator in the future.

Customer called because their tankless water heater was short cycling, cutting on and off. This caused the water to only get lukewarm. We inspected the water heater and found the fresh air intake screen full of dead wasps. Cleaned those out and the heater went right back to working properly. We’re always thankful for easy fixes. If you’re water heater, tanked or tankless, needs any attention please give us a call.

This customer called because the company that did their downspouts chose to cut the pool pump discharge line and not bother fixing it. They removed enough of the downstream line that we were unable to find it. So, we rerouted to the same drainage line just further upstream. Now this customer can flush their pool again without washing half the flower bed away.
