The Secrect Service Director states that the building where the shooter climb onto the roof was not controlled by the local police, not the Secrect Service, the Butler Police Township states they were not asked to provide security at the Trump xampaign event, and the majority of the Officers were assigned to traffic duty. The Secrect Service is attempting to point the finger at local police, which is sinister.

The Secrect Service also states that a Secrect Service sniper was not on the roof the shooter was on because it was a "sloped" roof, but the roof the Secrect Service sniper was on was also a sloped roof.

Today's major issues as it has been for the past couple of months is President Biden mental capacity is declining. DSS asked the Supreme Court of South Carolina to sanction (punish) me, and strike a news article I attached to my Motion to Transfer a Case to that office from the Court of Appeals. That court denied DSS's Motion. They also denied my Motion; however, DSS is a bully agency that for decades has used MOB TACTICS against parents, family court judges have allowed the MOB tactics despite the MOB tactics violate state laws, and violative to due process. And many court appointed, and even paid Attorneys are slaves to DSS. Many are outright chicken to fight DSS. Not this Parent!

The Constitutions of South Carolina, and of the United States prtoects parents from abuses of power by in this case, the South Carolina Department of Social Services (DSS) from entering your home, or drug testing you, or your children without a warranrt, or court order by using threats, and/or intimitation while investigating alleged abuse or neglect cases. In the news article below, DSS appellate attorney Mr. Robert C. Rhoden III objected to me citing a news article in support of my Motion asking the S.C. Supreme Court to certify my Appeal so that the case is first heard by that court instead of the Court of Appeals who in my last Appeal, Chief Judge Williams retired for the day when he wrote the Opinion against my me despite the trial transcripts wholly contradicting every single finding made by family court Judge Ballenger's judgements. The public must be made aware of some Judges in our state collecting a huge salary, and a lavish pension, but failing to earn it by reading Briefs, trial transcripts, and other evidence from all parties, and then deciding the case.

DSS did not want the Supreme Court to read the hoffiying examples of Social Workers conducting warrantless searches in Parents' homes, pulling their children's clothing up and down search for bruising, checking if the home has water, and food. Parents must educate themsleves on what fourth, and foureenth amendments rights you have.

Abuse and neglect allegations are very serious that's why Judicial oversight by an indepdentdent, and detached family court Judge is critically important, so Parental rights are protected as well.

There have been a substantial number of African American men in their forties (I'm 45 years old) that I know personally (including Mr. Hoover) that have passed away over the last 24 months.

It's heartbreaking for a loved one to pass away at any age, especially one in their forties.

Folks: S.C. Attorney General Alan Wilson is lobbying State lawmakers to change the process in selecting, and electing Judges in our State by allowing the Governor to select, or chime in on the selection of Judges. I submit, Mr. Wilson is clueless that S.C. Constitution art. V, section §27 prohibits such a power grab that would put prosecution of criminal defendants, and selecting of Judges in the same branch of government (Executive Branch).
Art. V, §27 requires the Judicial Merit Selection Commission a public legislative body is charged with conducting background checks, hold public hearings, and hear complaints from the public to determine IF the judicial candidate is "qualified", and then the "qualified" judicial candidate goes to the General Assembly (House & Senate) for public votes, and then the judicial candidate is now a Judge in the next term of court.
Here, Mr. Wilson's power grab support would reduce the number of public officials is something that occurs in China, NOT in South Carolina. I urge all Americans in South Carolina to pay close attention and voice their concern to your State Senator, or Representative because that's your voice in Columbia, S.C. If the Governor is empowered to nominate Judges as he does for Magistrate now, all defendants in criminal, and/or family court Constitutional rights are in grave danger, and the defendant will have a greater chance of being struck by lighting than receiving a fair trial in court.

Don't allow Mr. Wilson, or any other elected official in out state falsely convince you that Judges in our state have no oversight in regards to administrating fair, and impartial justice, that's flat out wrong., and misleading, and Mr. Wilson's video speaking with officials in Anderson County on October 03, 2023 shows a repugnant disregard to Judicial oversight already in place, and the Governor, or Attorney General in South Carolina can participate in electing Judges under S.C. Const. art., V, §27.
Anderson County Sherriff McBride, State Senator Wes Climer, Dick Harpootlian, eighth circuit Solicitor David Stumbo, and House Speaker Murrell Smith all support some version of judicial reform, but none of these public officials have mentioned nothing about limits on other alternative to selecting Judges in our great state under S.C. Const. art. V, §27 that created the Judicial Merit Selection Commission, with the exception of Sen. Harpootlian, according to The State newspaper reported on October 10, 2023 suggested more Judicial candidates should be selected by the JMSC, that's a positive starting point, but no elected official or their staff cannot chime in on the selection, or election of Judges in out state, without amending our State Constitution.
In my view, Mr. Wilson, should be focusing on how in the world can hundreds, and hundreds of criminal defendants can be indicted in one day by a county grandy jury. Court reporters should be transcribing the proceedings, and his office should have a exoneration division, so innocent South Carolinians are released from jail or prison if their conviction was corrupted, and a state statute that requires payment to recently released inmates with a certain amount of money for every year the defendant was wrongfully imprisoned.
