Each week in our staff meeting, we take time to gather the prayers from our Prayers and Promises wall and intentionally lift them up—praying over each request and over the clients we have the privilege to serve.

Mother’s Day can feel heavy when your mom is no longer here.
If you’re carrying grief today, this post is for you.
For the ones who wish they could hear her voice just one more time.
For the ones who miss her advice, her laughter, her presence in the small, ordinary moments.
For the ones navigating this day with a quiet ache that others may not see.
Grief doesn’t have a timeline, and love doesn’t end when someone is gone.
The bond you shared still lives on—in your memories, in who you’ve become, and in the love you continue to carry.
Be gentle with yourself today.
It’s okay to feel sadness.
It’s okay to step back from celebrations.
It’s okay to remember, to cry, to honor her in your own way.
You are not alone in this.
