Update;
Thank y'all for all your help ! You always come through for me;) the liners are coming back to their home. He did think they were disposable.

Last night at midnight we had a man in a Grey Toyota Tacoma pull
the plastic liners out of the hanging trash cans on the front of building and use them to organize stuff in back of truck. I will
Have to reorder more. The receptical is hollow on bottom and need these plastic liners in them. .
If you know this man please see if he can swing them back by the wash please. I believe he is a regular and I'm sure it was an honest mistake..

Another outstanding citizen decided to entertain us.
These night crawlers are out when we sleep stealing what they can.
It pulled up copper grounding wire from behind vacuum station's. Looks to be about 30ft of copper wire pulled up.
Anyone know who this is please let me know. Is like to talk to it. Can't tell if it's a man or woman. I don't want to assume its pronoun.
I have about 10 min of video and tag info.
