Excel Cleaning Service

Excel Cleaning Service is looking for a motivated individual that can work 4-5 days/week for $500-$700/weekly pay.
($25k-$35k)

As we grow so will your capacity with the company as we are picking up new clients weekly. You will be on a 3 person crew and may be expected to work solo on vacation rentals from time to time. Your tasks will include helping on the following cleaning services:

*General Home Cleaning
*Commercial Cleaning Accounts
*Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning
*Tile & Grout Cleaning
*Vacation Rentals
*Pressure Washing

-Must be able to carry 30-50lbs upstairs unassisted
-Must have a clean criminal background (case by case)
-No experience necessary, but will move you to the front of the line.
-Clean driving record preferred but not necessity.
-Must have own car/truck/van as you may have to report to job sites on your own.

We are a local cleaning service that handles residential and commercial accounts. We are looking to add to the team. Your day to day responsibilities will include as follows:
In Home Cleaning and Maid Services as well as assisting the Owner with Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning, Tile & Grout Cleaning, Pressure Washing, and Vacation Rental Turnovers. You will ride along with the Owner as he completes the daily cleaning route.

We are looking for an outgoing, energetic, and positive personality to be able to be personable with the clientele. As you may be required to handle jobs solo. You must have transportation to get to the jobs you may be working solo or to arrive at the shop in the morning ahead of the day’s route. A truck or van is preferred, but not required as a car should suffice. Must be able to lift 50-75lbs up stairs or assist Owner with cleaning equipment. Must be available for Vacation Rental Turnovers on Saturdays. Position will be for 25-40 hrs/week with weekly paycheck.

Looking for Part Time Cleaning Tech to work weekends (mandatory for position) and possibly 1-2days during the week as needed. May turn into full time position as we grow and expand. Must have transportation (truck or van preferred) to get to jobs, all supplies provided.

Your main workload will consist of vacation rental turnovers which include cleaning of bathrooms, kitchen, floors, washing linens and towels, and turning down and dressing beds. You may also be needed as a helper on other services we provide: carpet & upholstery cleaning, tile & grout cleaning, pressure washing , and water damage extraction.

Pinellas County

We are a local Cleaning Service that handles commercial and residential accounts. Your day to day duties will be in home cleaning and maid service as well as helping and assisting the owner on carpet, upholstery, tile and grout cleaning, other floor finishing, and pressure washing. You will ride along with the owner as he completes his daily cleaning route.

We would like to find a fun, energetic, and personable worker that can also work on a job solo if needed as we expand. Please be able to lift 75+ lbs up stairs unattended. If you have your own truck, or van is a plus for solo jobs. A car should suffice Experience preferred, but not required.
