Simple daily habits. Consistency is 🔑
Weights - 3-4 days per week
Water - 92 oz (women)/ 100 oz (men) daily
Walks - 7k-10k steps daily
Sleep - 7-9 hours each night in a cool, dark room
Whole food - majority of your diet should consist of fruits, veggies, whole grains, protein, legumes (zero-minimally processed foods)
Repeat.

No matter where you are in your health journey, it’s never too late to make a change. Start today with the intention of starting something new. For example, work a sedentary job and don’t get much movement? Walk extra steps when you get up to use the bathroom. Drink soda and/coffee all day? Drink one less and swap it with water. Go to bed late? Wind down 10 minutes earlier.
Small steps will lead into big changes. Health is a journey, the “go big or go home” or the “it’s all or nothing” mentality is not sustainable or even attainable. Taking it slow to reach a lifelong goal is essential.

By shifting your mindset to focus on the habits that will build the healthy lifestyle you’ve wanted, you are taking the steps necessary to make it happen. Whether you are drinking an extra 8oz of water instead of a sugary soda or walking 10 minutes after dinner instead of 10 minutes of scree time , you are shifting your habits towards that goal.
