We have decided to make some price changes to our processing. We have kept the same charges for the last 4 years. We do not charge any extra for the way we package your meat as far as stew, tenderizing, single packaging steaks or anything We have two charges. That’s it. After the first of the year we will be charging $100 kill fee and $1.20 hanging weight to make cuts out of any bulls that are over 2yrs old. If it’s all grind the charge is not going up it’s only if you want steaks, roasts and other cuts out of it. A bull over two years old takes a lot more time to cut plus the wear on our equipment and our body is awful. Saw blades are trashed and our grinders, saws and knives really struggle plus the extra hours it takes us to process it. They are tuff no matter how fat they look on the hoof. Sorry for the inconvenience. Remember no extra charges if you’re just grinding them or they are under two years old. Thank you for all your support over the years. We love our customers!!
If your butcher shop doesn’t have an open door policy for you to walk in at any time to see your carcass, to see the cleanliness of the facility or to even to watch the process then they might be hiding something. Go inside and learn! It might change your mind about how you raise your meat or who processes it for you. We have an open door.

We are going to be closed until November 4th other than scheduled drop off or scheduled pick ups. See yall in a few weeks! This sweet guy is for sale. Registered JDH Manso bull. Gentle, not a fighter, not a fence jumper, easy to work and good with the girls. I have lots of babies on the ground to see from him. All vet testing is good and up to date. Seminole ok.

Oscar don’t be silly you cannot come inside. He is literally the bull on our logo haha. Looked out after a long day of cutting to see him standing out by the sign. Sweet boy has no idea 🤣
We have been out for a few weeks but the last few days we have been putting in 12-16 hour days to get your meat cut and are now back up and running as usual. The time off was great. Thank you to Rodney, Carol and Holly for making it possible for us to get away for a bit. Yall are appreciated and so loved!

Our dear friend. The best man, best adviser, most caring and gratuitous person. He kept us fed and showed us all how to live to be the best you can be. He butchered steers just to give the meat away one box at a time to people in need Joey and Baby will be missed every single day until we are able to see him again 💔 we are grateful for the last 3 years of lunches and Saturday breakfasts.
