Let's go to the beach! 🏝️
Kathy Harvey and her LTCS group worked so hard on creating this beautiful beach scenery. Each piece was picked by members of the group, and most are even hand painted.
Awesome job everyone!

"May is Mental Health Awareness month! This year's theme "More Good Days, Together", encourages us to explore what a good day looks like for us. When defining your "good day" be sure to remember your mind AND body. Not only can stress affect your mental health but your sleeping, eating and exercising habits can play a factor. Mental health is very personal and what works for one person might not work for someone else. It's good to find your own way. Having more good days should not be a lonely journey. Connect with loved ones, friends and coworkers to offer encouragement and support.
Mental Health America has great tools and resources on their website mhanational.org/may . Here you can find articles, interactive tools, worksheets, and even mental health screening tests."
