Some Information on the breed from google:

“The Bielefelder Kennhuhn is a German dual-purpose chicken breed known as the "super chicken" for its excellent egg-laying, good meat quality, and calm temperament, making it ideal for families and homesteaders. A key feature is its auto-sexing ability, allowing easy identification of males (lighter with a head spot) and females (darker, chipmunk-like stripe) at hatching. They are hardy, friendly, and lay large, brown eggs, even through winter”
