Current small bathroom remodel happening. This one got a “NexTile” shower surround with “Bootz”prefab shower pan. A pretty cool direct to stud installation option that can help keep budget in check on small remodels. This was originally a 1/2 bath with closet that was converted into a shower.

Recent TPO roof update. Old rooftop HVAC unit and 4 clouded skylights removed. Holes were patched in and fresh TPO over the top welded to existing membrane. Velux Sokatube skylights were then installed. These are curb built models.

Bathroom remodel…. Turning a closet into a shower in a small hall 1/2 bathroom. Toilet successfully moved left 2.5” and shower stall cut in where a closet ised to be. A Bootz 4-piece surround and shower pan to be installed next.

The latest deck project. The aluminum balusters and black drink rails turned out nice. Great decking options from Always B Closeouts in Bellingham () too.

Sometimes it’s the simple upgrades that make the biggest difference.

Replacing interior doors can instantly clean up a space...crisp lines, better function, and a fresh, updated feel without a full remodel.

It’s not about big project, it’s about doing the little things right.

Wind doesn’t always leave obvious damage, but it does leave clues. 🏠💨

After storms, we’re seeing:

✔️ Loose or missing ridge caps
✔️ Tree branches rubbing or sitting on roofs

= Small damage that turns into BIG leaks
