Yoga Mat vs Yoga Board with Balancing Twisting Chair.

My legs are on 🔥! All of my leg and core muscles 💪 where activated 💥as soon as I stepped foot onto the board.

Tip: Grab a block and bring it in between the knees. This will help keep the knees straight, engage your inner thighs and help activate your core even more!

Downdog on the YOGABOARD teaches you how to press through the palms evenly, engaging your core to help stabilize the shoulders.

Tip: Head position is important in this pose. If you have a hard time with Balancing Dog look towards your hands 🙌 for less stability drop the head and look between the legs. Be mindful!! Turning your head could cause a 💦 wipe out!

Yoga Mat vs Yoga Board: Triangle Pose

I should say Tickyasana because this is one tricky pose on the YOGABOARD.

Tip; Go slow and go with the flow on this pose. Head position is going to play a big part when it comes to staying balanced in Balancing Triangle. If you find this pose to difficult keep you head poisiton towards the top of your board and your left hand on your hip.

Note: I can't go as far on the board as I did on the mat! If I went further the board would of wiped me off the board.
