Mannnn lemme tell ya, life’s been good lately. It took a lot to get here though. I’d like to think I got my mid life crisis out of the way in my 20’s. I realized earlier this year I hated the way I was living my life. I was working at a job that I absolutely hated, letting some bad habits get the best of me, giving up on my passions, and generally not living up to my own expectations. After I made this realization I made a promise to myself I wasn’t going to ever let my foot off the gas ever again. Since then I’ve gotten a job with more than twice the salary at a job im actually passionate about, started some new hobbies, improved my mental and physical health, and am generally feeling optimistic for the first time in a hot min. Your 20’s are rough man lol. If you’re going through the same thing, don’t let up, it gets better. Ok im done being corny. If you read this long, thanks, hope you’re doing well 🤗
Still working on getting my numbers up with sumo. Also, first time pulling with a real deadlift bar. Hit 515 for an easy single today. I was supposed to be deloading this week but new bar said nah.

Happy to say most of my injuries are healed and im almost back to 100%. Getting back into some serious training and going into a calorie surplus again. TIME TO EAT
