It took three attempts with the crane to get this hot tub set into its final resting place.

The 1st attempt was thwarted due to lighting ⚡️

The 2nd attempt the crane company didn’t bring a big enough crane 🏗️

And finally the 3rd attempt was a success! 💪

Victoria Wylde at Sedona Luxury Homes helped our client scoop up this fabulous property in June of 2023, which has become a hyper successful short term rental. We launched it this summer and have had it consistently rented. 📈

But you know what makes a rental even MORE successful? Adding a whirlpool bath! 🔥

The owner went through the arduous process of applying for permits and jumping through hoops with the city and finally, 6 months later, the hot tub is in! Cameron Wylde manned the crew on behalf of the owner, who lives many states away and has entrusted Wylde Vacation Rentals to care for his home. 🙏🏼

Our team facilitated in the sale of this property (both seller and buyer) but we still encouraged the buyer to interview other management companies in Sedona.
