I need help spreading some Scam Awareness. I'm tired of my customers getting scammed for their hard earned money!!!

Dealing with IT daily, I see these scams constantly. Remember: If someone asks to 'remote in' to give you money back, it’s a scam. Always verify the sender and never call numbers provided in unsolicited emails. Stay vigilant!

All this just to install GTA 6!

Windows 10 support is coming to an end in 2025. The nagging notifications will be getting worse the longer you wait to upgrade. Bring those in and get them upgraded sooner than later.

If your computer is running slower than it used to and even after a reinstall you continue to have issues, your hard drive is likely to be failing.

A simple tool like crystal disk info will tell you if your hard drive or solid state drive is experiencing issues. If you aren't comfortable doing that yourself, just bring it in and we will be happy to assist

Over the past couple years and just the other day, we have seen customers approached by someone claiming to be Spectrum or AT&T. These people actually represent a third party who are trying to get your business. This can lead to messed up phone and internet services, and huge problems trying to get support for these services. Having any type of issues with phone and internet service is Terrible for any business.

If you are approached by someone claiming to be from AT&T or Spectrum and they are trying to sell you something, it would be smart to reach out to Us or whoever does your IT. We're partnered with the local service providers and can can make sure these people are legit. Also we can help you get new services at the best rates available.
