I love working with these Caron Cotton Cakes. The yarn feels amazing & doesn't cling to my hands & fingers in this heat. And these colors are really pretty

So I've been away from this page for a bit. I'm designing & making stuff -- most of it is still half-finished (as usual!) 😂

There are PLENTY of changes coming to this page very soon!!

One BIG thing that will be happening over the summer months is a massive re-branding, with a new logo(???) -- maybe😬🤭🙄😕 -- well... At least there will definitely be a new name!

In the meantime, here's a peek at a few of my finished projects...

Our very own Rohn Strong worked on this amazing crochet piece in his hometown!! Rohn, the team is so proud of you!!
"I've not worked on a project quite like this yarn bomb before. To be able to meet and work with on such an important mural that was perfectly suited to Raleigh and our North Carolinian History was a once in a lifetime experience. Nina stood for so much. She sacrificed her career to speak out against racial injustice. To honor her, is humbling.
I was lucky enough to be trusted to complete a good portion of the face as well as a few other squares. In all I completed 8, and I couldn't tell you which ones they were. Ha!

So my oldest (8y) "contracted me" to help her with her M.Y.O.B (Mind Your Own Business) project at school

She loves these peacock feathers I'm making as part of a necklace for my friend -- anyway, she wanted to use the ones I was going to trash to make keychains for her project

Together we came up with a better idea & both of us learned a little something about "negotiating" wholesale orders 😉

I agreed to fabricate the peacock feather portion of the keychain in exchange for a discounted wholesale rate for my time...
AND 5% of her profit!!!
(which she didn't want to give up at all!😂😂😂)

Anyway, I can't think of a better reason (or a better project) to be multitasking while binging Amazon Prime's season 2 of "Hand Of God".
