MURPH is a Memorial Day Hero WOD honoring Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy and all those who made the ultimate sacrifice. Whether you scale it, partner it, or do it RX , this workout is about community, tribute, and remembrance.

200 push-ups

20lb/15lb weighted vest

How Long Does Murph Actually Take?
We researched and found a good representation of some sample times. While some amazing people/athletes fall in the elite category, there is a wide range of times which the average CrossFit population will fall between.
GL to everyone taking part is this amazing community event!
Elite: 35โ45 min
Intermediate: 45โ60 min
Beginner/scaled: 60โ90 min
Partner: whatever keeps you moving

Big milestone for Anthony ๐
After putting in the work through our 1-on-1 Fundamentals program, heโs officially graduated and joined his first group class yesterday! ๐ช
With the guidance of Coach Robert, Anthony built a strong foundation by learning and practicing the 9 fundamental movements of CrossFitโfocusing on proper mechanics, consistency, and confidence every step of the way.
This is where it all starts.
Not just workoutsโฆ but learning how to move well and train safely then transition into group classes with proper guidance from our coaches.
